Damages should be reported to Costumes Inc. via the Damaged Order Form within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Errors in your order should be sent to us at OOPS Incomplete/Missing item order errors form within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Merchandise Return and Exchange Policy:
(PLEASE PLACE YOUR EXCHANGE ORDER BEFORE FILLING OUT THE RETURN FORM - IT WILL ASK YOU FOR THE NEW ORDER NUMBER TO COMPLETE THE FORM - ONCE THE FORM IS STARTED YOU CAN NOT GO BACK)
The majority of items sold by Costumes Inc. may be returned for a refund less a 15% restocking fee (not including shipping charges). Customers may also choose to exchange their items for other product (with no restocking fee). Or a customer may request a store credit to be used at a later time (also without a restocking fee).
Items not eligible for RETURN or EXCHANGE:
The following items may not be returned/refunded or exchanged: prosthetics, masks, fangs, teeth, fingernails, eyelashes, hair color, decorations, props, toy weapons and closeouts. In addition, opened packages of wigs, beards, mustaches, makeup, tights, stockings and fishnets may not be returned/refunded or exchanged.
Items eligible for STORE CREDIT only:
The following items may be returned for a store credit only: shoes, hats, unopened packages of wigs, beards, mustaches, makeup, tights, stockings and fishnets. THESE ITEMS are not eligible for a refund.
Requests for A REFUND must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt of product. Customer is responsible for shipping returned items. Customer may choose to return items by UPS, FEDEX or USPS. If return is sent back via USPS, Costumes Inc. is not responsible for lost or miss-ing packages. Our seasonal return policy supersedes the above return/refund policy when in effect.
Seasonal Return and Exchange Policy
Orders placed between October 10th and November 1st may not be exchanged or re-turned. All sales are final on orders placed between October 10th and November 1st. This policy supersedes all other return and exchange policies of Costumes Inc for orders placed between October 10th and November 1st.
