Paramount has upped the ante to promote the new Transformers Movie Transformers II: Revenge of the Fallen. The studio has created the We are Autobots site which uses augmented reality (AR) and face tracking technology to let you picture yourself with the head of legendary Autobot leader Optimus Prime. Famed Dusk till Dawn,El Mariachi, Sin City and Spy Kids director Robert Rodriguez is working on preproduction for live action version of the Jetsons. Adam F. Goldberg from Fanboys completed a script for the movie in 2007 but Rodriguez has been hard at work retooling the script. He's also been pretty tight lipped about casting for the movie.
Here's hoping that the movie doesn't turn out like the live action version of the Flinstones. With Robert Rodriquez at the helm I have some faith in the project. In the meantime take a look at these re-imagined Jetsons costumes inspired by the original cartoon characters Judy and Jane never looked like this in the animate series.

Supercon Florida was held this past weekend in Miami bringing the world of comic books, anime, animation and Cosplay to South Florida in a world-wind 3 day event. If you have never attended a Comic book convention and your a fan of comics and Sci Fi you certainly are missing out. The show is a family friendly event that draws a huge crowd of animated fans to this 3 day event. If you are are collector its a great place to pick up a first edition comic book or find that rare Gi Joe figure that you swore you would find again after your Mom gave it away years earlier. Supercon Florida had over 50 different vendors exhibiting their wares.
