The Wicked Witch will be striking fear into the hearts of all in the land of Oz in this classic costume which includes a full length black gown, tulle petticoat, pointed witch hat with tulle sash and stick on black fingernails. The Wicked Witch costume dress is 100% polyester and the petticoat is 93% nylon and 7% polyester. Both costume pieces should be machine washed cold in the gentle cycle and tumble dried on low. Do not use bleach. Cool iron if necessary.
